MISSION & PHILOSOPHY
The mission of Lakewood Elementary School is to ensure success and nothing less for all.
Lakewood Elementary School, home of the Gators, is situated on the west bank of St. Charles Parish, serving the communities of Boutte and Luling. We are committed to helping all students achieve high levels of success within a collaborative culture focused on results. Our students participate in engaging, high-quality academic lessons and have opportunities to explore various artistic disciplines. We emphasize social and emotional wellness by cultivating a supportive environment that encourages resilience, self-awareness, and positive relationships. We take pride in empowering all students to develop the skills necessary for growth academically, socially, and emotionally.
